The Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) program consists of six different apparatuses:  Floor, Vault, Pommel Horse, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bars.
TheMAG program is an excellent way to provide strong physical basics for all sport development. The athletes that continue past the introductory stage of gymnastics, will enjoy the challenge of further developing their strength, flexibility, concentration and coordination as they learn new elements and perfect old ones.
